Food : A Neuron

When we are between the ages of 17 and 21, we often become philosophical. The primary question that arises is, "Who am I? Why am I here? Why have I been born into this mortal world?" Let me tell you, about 60 to 70% of you is water and the rest is mass. Out of this mass, 80 to 90% of you is bacteria. If you want to know more about yourself, get your genetic tests done. This will reveal who you actually are, who your ancestors were, and where they used to live. However, I'm sure many of you will not do that because it requires effort, which might be hard work for some people. Thinking is easy, and your brain seeks comfort. Now, let's talk about food and neurons. Neurons are a whole different subject. Neurons transmit signals to the brain. From breathing to excretion, we do everything because of neurons. Detoxification: mind and body.

Is seeing real phenomena complex?                                    It is complicated because everyone has their own reality/own meaning of reality. Reality is just an illusion, like a mirage of our own thoughts clubbed with our experiences, experiences that we had in the past. If we change our thoughts, our reality will instantly start affecting. There was a friend of mine who used to consider himself emotionally weak. Every time I used to meet him, he was unhappy only, always in some chaos, frustrated by something. I sat down next to him and asked him what's the matter exactly, what's that, that is bothering you. He whispered, "I don't know". Every time I asked this question I used to hear this one line " I ...
