Detoxification: mind and body.

Technology has enabled us to explore the universe, discover new galaxies, and even uncover the mysteries of black holes. However, we have also made blunders in the fields of science and healthcare in recent years. While we enjoy better living standards and more convenience, we often tend to overlook our mental and physical health. As a result, many of us are prone to diseases like diabetes, cancer, and digestive issues due to our lack of self-care. Despite being aware of this, we continue to lead a lifestyle that causes stress, anxiety, and depression. As someone who has personally experienced these issues, I urge you to prioritize your own well-being. Remember that everything in life is temporary, and you are ultimately left with yourself. By taking care of yourself, you can fulfill your commitments to your dreams, family, and society at large. If you can't take care of yourself how will you take care of your commitments?

My years of research have shown that we can control what we consume, including food, thoughts, and external factors like temperature, which can give us control over everything around us. Our diet has a significant impact on our mental and physical performance, and getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night can also improve our brain function. Losing even a single hour of sleep can decrease our efficiency by up to 20%. Instead of focusing solely on spiritual practices, we should prioritize the basics of self-care, such as eating healthy, nutritious food and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule. After all, spirituality is closely related to our diet, sleep, and environment. This is why we are advised to wake up during Brahamahurath and eat satvik food.

I hope you will start paying more attention to your own well-being and make efforts to detoxify your life.
